Wheat Flour Dosa Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • One cup Wheat flour
  • 2 chopped green chills
  • One onion chopped
  • 1/2spoon cumin seeds(Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Pinch of red chilli powder

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add one cup wheat flour, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, ½ spoon cumin seeds, salt, a pinch of red chilli powder.

  2.  Add water to mix the batter well.

  4. After mixing the batter, take a pan and heat that add one spoon of oil and pour this batter into the pan, heat it.

  5. Flip it to the next side again it should get fry and then you can take that into the serving bowl.
