Recipe Name:  Wheat & Pulse Fingers

INGREDIENTS: 

  • roasted Bengal gram flour -30gms
  • roasted wheat flour-30gms
  • roasted flax seeds-1/2 Tbsp
  • jaggery powder-15gms
  • water/milkmaid as binder-as required

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients together, and make them into small fingers.
