Egg and Mayo Sandwich | Kids Recipe

A healthy start to a day is half the battle won. Kids have power-packed day and to survive if they need all the energy they can get. A heavy, yet nutritious breakfast will set the pace and will provide unnecessary hunger pangs that usually lead to junk food binging.

With this Egg and Mayo Sandwich with a twist, you can feed even a fussy eater.

Recipe: Egg and Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 – eggs

4tbsp – mayonnaise

4 slices – chicken salami

1 – grated carrot

1 tbsp – mustard sauce  

10 slices of bread of your choice

1 tbsp – oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan. Once heated, break the eggs into the pan and scramble them.

Step 2:

In the same pan, fry chicken salami. Once done, let it cool down.

Step 3:

Transfer the cooked scrambled eggs in a bowl. Cut salami into small pieces. Mix mayo, mustard sauce, grated carrot, salt and pepper with the eggs and salami. The egg and mayo spread is ready.

Step 4:

Scoop a small amount of egg and mayo spread on the bread. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
