Admission Steps
Step 1: Filling up Online Enquiry Form
Please fill-up the form duly and use the OE number that is generated for all further communication during the Admission process. We strictly follow the age criteria mentioned below when reviewing applications.

Step 2: School Visit
Parents of prospective students are invited for an ‘open day’ at the respective campuses, via phone call/SMS/email. Our Admission team guides parents through each step of the admission process, providing a holistic idea of curriculum, culture, and ethos of the School. The parent can also take the campus tour to experience the atmosphere and state-of-the-art facilities.
We request both the parents to be available during the admission process and require them to carry the following documents to the school:
• Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport of the child
• Copy of Academic Reports of the last three years (for PPII upwards)
• Passport-sized photograph of the child
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the child, if available
Eligibility Criteria:
Grade VI and above
Students have to appear for a proficiency test on the scheduled date and time as shared by the Admissions team.
Proficiency Test: The test comprises of Mathematics, Science, Social studies and English.
Students who clear the written assessments will be considered for the next steps of the admission process.
Overseas and Outstation
For students residing out of Hyderabad, the first step is to fill the Online Enquiry form and pay the registration fees. The admissions team will review the application and availability of seats in the desired class and curriculum. An online interaction/discussion is scheduled with parents and students. Provisional admission is offered if the student is found eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Grade VI and above
The student is required to attempt the proficiency test online and the parents are required to complete the pending formalities when they visit the school.
Step 3: Registration
• Verification of documents.
• Signing an undertaking to abide by the applicable school guidelines and policies.
• Payment of Registration fees.
Kindly note that registration is not an assurance of admission. Admissions are offered based on the number of vacancies available.
Step 4: Provisional Admission
• For grade VI and above, shortlisted candidates are informed of their Provisional Admission.
• Applicants are required to complete and sign any pending documents.
• An Online link to payment of advance fee is given to the parents
• A seat is reserved for the student in the upcoming academic year on payment of the advance fees.
Please note - In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed, parents will receive an Admission confirmation. Congratulations! You are a part of the CHIREC Family!
Step 6: Parent Orientation Program
At the beginning of an academic year, a parent orientation program is held by the school to apprise the parents with the Vision and Mission of the school along with the guidelines for a strong focus on the overall development of the child.
